Compass AI
Compass is the AI assistant built into EUnifyer. It helps you draft emails, summarise documents and meetings, get answers from your chat history, and search across everything you have access to — without leaving the app.
Where to Find It
You can open Compass in three ways:
- Compass button in the top navigation bar
- Floating button in the lower-right corner of any page (it’s on by default)
- Compass app from the app grid (the 9-dot icon next to your avatar)
If you don’t see any of those, your plan may not include Compass. Check with your organisation’s administrator or your subscription page.
What Compass Can Do

| Inline assist | Quick AI actions inside the editor (rewrite, shorten, translate) |

Privacy
- Compass only sees what your account already has access to.
- Conversations are kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Audit records (who used Compass, how often) are kept for 180 days for compliance.
- Your organisation’s administrator chooses the AI provider — shared infrastructure, your own API key, or fully on-premise.
