EUnifyer Office requires an EUnifyer account. A built-in login gate asks you to sign in the first time you open the app, then keeps you signed in.

How sign-in works

  • Your login is stored securely in your operating system keychain (Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows, Secret Service on Linux).
  • EUnifyer Office shares that login with the Desktop Sync App — if you’re already signed in to Desktop, Office picks it up automatically and you may not be prompted at all.

First-time sign-in

  1. Launch EUnifyer Office (Docs, Sheets, or Slides).
  2. When the sign-in prompt appears, enter your organization account — the same credentials you use for the EUnifyer web app.
  3. After signing in, the suite unlocks and stays signed in for future sessions.

Better together with Desktop. EUnifyer Office is designed to run alongside the Desktop Sync App, which keeps your Drive in a local folder. If Desktop isn’t installed yet, the app points you to eunifyer.com/download#desktop . Install both for the full experience — documents open from your synced Drive and save straight back to it.

Signing out

Sign out from the app’s account menu. Because the login is shared with Desktop, signing out of one may sign you out of the other on the same computer.
