Use with a Desktop Email Client

You can access your EUnifyer mailbox from any standard email client — Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or any app that supports IMAP and SMTP.

Step 1 — Create an App Password

Desktop email clients can’t use the browser-based sign-in that EUnifyer uses, so you need to generate a dedicated app password.

  1. Open Settings (click your avatar → Settings)
  2. Scroll down to App Passwords
  3. Click Generate App Password
  4. Give it a name (e.g. “Outlook on laptop” or “iPhone Mail”)
  5. Click Generate
  6. Copy the password immediately — it won’t be shown again

You can create up to 10 app passwords. Each one can be revoked independently without affecting the others.

Step 2 — Server Settings

Use the following settings when adding your account in your email client:

Incoming Mail (IMAP)

SettingValue
Serverimap.eunifyer.com
Port993

Other Clients

Any email client that supports IMAP and SMTP will work. Use the server settings from the tables above. If the client asks for an “account type”, choose IMAP (not POP3).

Managing App Passwords

  • View all app passwords — Settings → App Passwords
  • See last used date — shown next to each password, so you can tell which ones are still active
  • Revoke a password — click Delete next to the password. The client will stop working immediately, but your other app passwords and web access are unaffected
  • Lost your password? — You can’t recover it, but you can delete the old one and generate a new one
